Product Details

The CED Coating Plant - Automatic, 10,000 L, MS & FRP is an automatic hoist type system that applies electro deposition coating to parts for vehicles, household machines and industrial machines. It is manufactured in India. The unit contains a tank that holds 10 000 liters of liquid. It uses a device that provides 750 amperes of electrical current. It operates at a voltage between 300 and 400 volts of direct current. There is a high volume of output from this process. The structure consists of mild steel and fiber reinforced plastic so that the machine resists wear plus chemicals. To control the process, an operator uses a human machine interface and a programmable logic controller - those tools allow the operator to set exact measurements. As a result the coating has a regular depth across all surfaces. The finish prevents metal from reacting with the environment.
