Product Details

To control air pollution and treat alkali fumes in chemical industries, engineers developed the PP FRP Scrubber System. It is effective because it removes 99 % of pollutants, cleans gases and makes workplace air safer for employees. As it consists of Fiber Reinforced Plastic, the structure does not degrade when it touches chemicals plus it remains functional for a long duration. In the packed bed design, the gas and liquid touch each other more frequently so that the system absorbs fumes thoroughly. For large industrial tasks, the machine moves more than 50000 m³ of air every hour. By using a 7.5 kW power source, the system operates in an even manner without stopping. If a user requires help with setup or maintenance, the provider assists to keep the machine running without interruptions.
